Responsible for performing, delegating, and overseeing various tasks that are essential to the routine operations of the hotel, strengthening guest satisfaction and patronage.Correspond with guests/clients regarding any billing requests, amendments, and mitigating any concerns and inaccuracies.Balancing accounts and reviewing nightly audits to keep bookkeeping current, while overseeing the work of the Night Audit department. Follow up on any discrepancies and/or revenue handling violations, improving operations and reducing future employee errors.Liaison with Front Office, Sales, Food and Beverage Outlets, Revenue and Account Management to ensure policies and procedures are efficiently followed. As well as proper balancing and control of hotel revenue and financial systems, closely working with the Director of Operations to meet scheduled deadlines.Responsible for the verification and submission of all commission and point-based plans to upper management.Weekly inventory management and accounts payable for any Administrative needs.Arrange invoices, ensuring fulfillment by processing payment and/or contacting the client and sending past due reminders.Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Respond to incoming booking requests through all reservation channels.Handle external systems like channel manager, web booking engines, rate comparison tools, OTA (Online Travel Agents) extranets etc.Collect data and statistics of hotel rates and create reports such as competitors, corporate,and no-show' reports. Weekly scheduling for all Reservations agents.Adjust rates according to suggestions from revenue management system.

Answer all general guest inquiries as well as mitigate conflicts in an efficient and professional manner.Greet guests/clients upon arrival, process check ins and check outs.Facilitate switchboard calls and send to the appropriate departments.
