My current role is a Principal Instructor at Esri, while serving as an active member of the Esri Training Services DEI Advisory Board. In this role, I have been trusted to lead efforts in the recruitment and hiring of new team members, create training content for both internal and customer-based training, train team members on technical facilitation techniques and delivery, and lead projects that provide support and resources to the greater team.I am a detail-focused GIS professional, specializing in ArcGIS Desktop software, with knowledge in collecting, managing, and analyzing geospatial data, while using these skills to help customers stay on the leading edge of GIS technology.
