- Coordinate with each department and customers of Tan Khoa- Provide strong support to International account managers in documentation (contract, FOC request, POS request, stock, order,…) - Act as an Tan Khoa’s ambassador when communicate outside Tan Khoa- Provide line manager marketing and logistic information - Provide strong support and superior level of service to our customers to make sure all delivery to customers are on time and inform customers immediately when there is a problem.- Ensure regular logistic without stock outage- Make sales report and support International Account Manager

- Generalize, analyze and make reports on sales activities/sales result.- Assist Sales manager /Sake brand manager administrative work.- Ensure that all activities related to marketing will be done rightly and timely.- Participate in Marketing and branding activities such as: Sponsor events, training new products etc.,- Assist sales members to prepare all necessary materials such as quotations, catalogue, brochures etc.- Cooperate with accounting team for paperwork: approve job requests, PO, cash collection etc.,

- Prepare company events including promoting campaigns- Make presentation of brand and company products - Collect and organize consumer feedback - Communicate and coordinate with internal department
