Strategic Planning – Served on the strategic planning council (SPC) responsible for the development of the SAS 5-year IT year strategy. Developed meeting agendas, coordinated SME presentations, and synthesized data captured from monthly SPC meetings. Developed new SAS IT vision and mission statements. Completed final draft of 2015 SAS IT 5-year strategy and developed 10-year IT strategic roadmap.Customer Focus – Served on a team chartered to emphasize a customer-focused culture amongst SAS IT employees. Contributed in the development of the learning campaign and produced supporting content such as videos, vignettes, blogs, developed distribution strategy for content release.RMF JSIG Compliance – Led a cross functional team (spanning 5 organizations) to identify high level solutions for IT-related security controls specified under the DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
