I manage software deployments, windows workstation patches and Dell drivers through SCCM. I assist with maintaining and updating images for workstation deployments. Created custom SCCM reports to assist with projects. I lead the software licensing team to document software agreements and integrate them into Manage Engine to track license usage as well as show license trends to plan for the future. I deployed new computers on site. I decommissioned computers when they got the their end of life by backing up any relevant data and then wiping the hard drive. I backed up employees' email when they left the company to prepare the account for deletion.I created documentation such as Process Checklists, Software Audit Spreadsheet and Network Maps. I implemented asset tagging for all the companies' IT equipment and updated their access database with the new numbers.

I also worked individually and with small groups of other network interns to complete work orders via a ticketing system and our own network projects.Assisted in cleaning up many of the districts network closets which included changing all the cabling to match the color and length standards that the district had created.
