Stock price increased from $2 to over $25 during the turnaround.Completed numerous M&A transactions from sourcing to diligence to negotiation to close and implementation.Closed billions of dollars of debt and equity capital transactions across the balance sheet.Also have served on four corporate boards: MXD, Sports Information Group, Hi-Tech Veneer and Vivint.
