Current• Ensures the execution of the operations strategy using expert-level process improvement tech• Partners with teams to support & execute systems implementations, boosting operations support KPIs• Oversees the integration and efficiencies of customer training, to reduce negative feedback complaints• Drives efficiency and optimizes effectiveness as a strategic partner in the Operations Department• Interprets quantitative/qualitative data metrics to identify trends, issues, & business opportunities• Works cross-functionally with systematic departments while managing the lifecycle of projects• Empowers teams with the skills & knowledge to drive innovation builds and operational excellence• Manages plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives• Implements process changes that lead to measurable improvements in quality and effectiveness• Supports projects to completion on time and within budget, resulting in operational efficiencies• Identifies, analyzes, and optimizes existing processes to increase productivity and reduce excesses• Implements the execution of phases from initiation to completion, with a focus on managing changes
