Primarily responsible for supporting the Chapter 13 Trustee in maintaining the integrity of the bankruptcy system and by working to preserve creditor's rights through i) challenging, via legal briefs, debtor's motions regarding rights to exemptions and disposable income; ii) seeking requests for production of documents and answers to interrogatories; and iii) asserting objections to claims and objections to confirmation. Enforced the Trustee's mandate to stop repetitive, bad faith filers by drafting complaints that sought to enjoin such filers.
