I have served nine years in a technical lead role at the Capacity Building Center for States. In my current position, I lead the virtual peer-networking effort under the Peer Services team. This effort is designed to connect high-level social workers from across jurisdictions so they can collaborate and benefit from each other’s knowledge. The Capacity Building Center for States is the largest federally funded provider of technical assistance to public, state, and territory child welfare agencies across the country, and its Peer Services Team is responsible for the management, delivery, and tracking of 80+ events across up to 25 peer groups each fiscal year.
