Throughout my 18 years with the NLC, I have worked in many different areas. In 2006, I started performing Temporary Assignment duties. In 2009 I worked on various Data Integrity projects in the Category department. Since then I have also worked at both Corporate and Express Stores performing the necessary refurb work (Setting up new stores) as Project Manager, trained staff on Electric Pallet Jack and Wave machines. I have also managed Wine Show events and was promoted to Assistant Store Manager in 2010. I have served as acting store manager on different occasions at stores such as Kelsey Drive, BlackMarsh Rd & Topsail Rd. In August 2017 I was promoted to Store Manager for both Merrymeeting Rd and Lake Avenue locations. I am currently managing our flagship store, Howley Estates.As a leader within the NLC I have been relied upon to provide the necessary training to staff for different areas such as:- New Hires (Managers & Assistant Managers)- Winegate (Taste Stations)- Pallet Jack Training - WAV50
