Cutting Edge Manufacturing is a full service ISO9001:2015/AS9100D certified manufacturing company located at the south end of Pain Field in south Everett, WA. We pride our self on our service, quality, and on our time delivery. We offer CNC Milling, including 4th and 5th axis, CNC Turning, Water Jet Cutting-3, 4 & 5 axis, Center-less and Center O.D. Grinding, Welding, and Assembly. We currently have (12) employees and work (4) tens. We have (1) full time inspector and provide full material and process certs along with a first article reports on all part deliveries. Our office hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. We are a AS 9100 high tech, quality and customer service driven manufacturing company that is always striving to be the best in the world. We have a full office staff and run two shifts so we can cater to all your needs. Our manufacturing processes consist of CNC milling (3, 4, & 5 axis), turning, Water Jet cutting, center & center-less grinding, sheet metal fab, assembly, and welding of all materials. We will machine all metals, plastics and composites. All quotes are returned within 24-48 hours and our standard lead time is (4-6) weeks.
