Chris serves as the strategic partner to Quantum Health’s executive and senior leaders to identify enhanced value creation opportunities within the business model, align on their implementation and support their execution and long-term sustainability. As the strategic thought leader of value creation at Quantum Health, Chris is responsible for leading a cross-functional value creation Center of Excellence to bring structure to complex ROI questions and identify and frame the most critical opportunities to drive ROI for members, providers and clients.

Responsible for managing a Client Success Team comprised of Client Executives and Client Managers, as well as partnering on global projects and enhancements to evolve with the changing needs of Quantum Health’s customers. With a passion and focus on my team’s professional development and career progression, I also supports the team as the elevated client support point of contact. As a member of the Client Engagement Group leadership team, I served as the lead for process development and progression of our Salesforce CRM, operations and marketing efforts with internal business partners.

As a Client Executive at Quantum Health, I manage the relationship between Quantum Health, its clients and the client's benefits consultants. I provide analysis of Quantum Health's Coordinated Health Care Model and consult regarding the future direction of our services to best meet the client's needs.

As a subject matter expert in Health and Wellness at Quantum Health, I am responsible for providing members with the tools necessary to develop and maintain healthy behaviors. The primary function of this position is to further design, develop and implement a health coaching program that supports our client’s employees (and their families) to create and maintain a culture of health. As the Health and Wellness Program Manager I am responsible for the delivery of a program that provides a high quality and effective approach to health coaching. My responsibilities also include partnering with cross functional teams to create strategies for expansion of our wellness program offerings.

Strategize, develop and implement health and wellness related programs. My position entails working closely with vendors and consults to successfully implement and deliver Health Risk Assessments, Health Screenings, health fairs, educational seminars and other health and wellness strategies for cost control. Responsibilities also include going on prospect and sales meetings to help potential clients realize the value in workplace wellness programming in managing the health risk of their unique employee population. This includes developing population health management solutions that provide a positive return on investment and measureable health outcome changes.
