We help global retailers and independent outlets sell more, waste less and keep their food fresher for longer through Flexeserve Solution, the industry’s only hot-holding service.Working alongside Holly Francis, Flexeserve’s Head of Customer Development for UK & Ireland, I support our sales process and team of experts in delivering Flexeserve Solution. Drawing on my lifelong passion for food and 10 years’ culinary experience, I enable food-to-go retailers to improve their hot food operations and efficiencies. I take them on a journey to achieve true hot-holding, utilising my culinary, packaging and implementation expertise.Collaborating with our customer food development teams, I can help you develop a diverse menu and amazing food quality that can be maintained for unrivalled hold times. Whether you’re building a hot-holding offering from the ground up or refining your recipes to better suit hot-holding, I’ll tailor my approach to your unique foodservice requirements.As part of my role, I head up food demonstrations and show you all that’s possible with Flexeserve. From hearty breakfasts to healthy lunches, delicious dinners and satisfying snacks in between, you’ll see how you can offer your customers a wider range of high-quality hot food and cater to all dayparts. My career has spanned a range of kitchen roles, including Chef Manager. Having also worked as a Field Consultant for quick service restaurants, I have a first-hand understanding of the challenges in the foodservice market and what’s needed to achieve optimum quality and efficiencies.A crucial element of my role is packaging and I’ll advise on the most appropriate option for each of your products. With the optimal packaging microclimate, you can use the unique hot air recirculation technology in our heated displays to maintain unrivalled food quality and visual appeal, serve more delicious hot food, and boost the sustainability and shelf life of your products.Our latest innovation – Connect by Flexeserve, is the world’s first cloud-based technology for hot-holding, enabling you to control and automate your Flexeserve units remotely – from setting temperatures to scheduling dayparts and tracking shelf-life.
