Hi, I’m Anthony – Sales Manager for Retail and Latin America (including the Caribbean) at Flexeserve Inc. – manufacturer of the world’s #1 hot-holding units, including the Queen’s Award-winning Flexeserve Zone. I’m responsible for the strategic development of the retail segment for the Americas, laser-focused on bringing the incredible benefits of our true hot-holding to supermarkets, enabling them to transform their hot food programs.In addition to retail, in Latin America and the Caribbean I work across all segments, including c-stores, QSRs, express grab-and-go, colleges, workplaces and more, to show how Flexeserve’s unique technology and expertise can help foodservice operators sell more and waste less.Equipped with our patented hot air technology, our game-changing products and world-leading expertise deliver results that far exceed traditional hot-holding options. In the foodservice sector, I’ve worked with global brands including McDonald's, OXXO and 7-Eleven, providing commercial refrigeration solutions to enable their growth. On a local level, I’ve helped businesses optimize their online presence, providing them with tools and strategies to expand within their industry.Leveraging my industry relationships and problem-solving skills, I drive new business development whilst supporting our network of independent rep partners, distributors and authorized dealers. This includes our recently appointed rep partner for Latin America and the Caribbean, with their multiple in-country locations and a brand-new test kitchen coming soon to Mexico City. I’m based at our state-of-the-art U.S. HQ and CSC (Culinary Support Center) in Southlake (Dallas), TX just 10 minutes from DFW Airport.
