Our team comprises engineers, technicians, sales support and culinary and operational specialists – all helping to deliver true hot-holding with our all-encompassing Flexeserve Solution.We want to help you make the absolute most of your investment in us. Our equipment is incredibly robust, because of the components we use and our manufacturing and testing expertise. However, we know that Flexeserve is a vital part of your operation so, if an issue does arise, we work quickly to resolve it.Heading up aftersales care, I’m responsible for ensuring that we respond to your request quickly and effectively, deploying our technicians promptly to assess and resolve any aftersales issues. As part of this, we also work collaboratively with First Choice, our partner for the fulfilment of replacement and warranty parts.I’m a strong believer in the importance of good processes within an operation. With my team, we refine and develop our processes to give you the best possible experience across both products and services. I am also spearheading a transition to a more integrated electronic approach that will enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in helping our customers.I am greatly experienced in examining and improving processes, having worked for 10 years as a Service Delivery Manager. As such, I am highly adept at ensuring coordination within the team to achieve goals, identifying changes required in the process itself and assessing adherence via field technicians. In addition, I have overseen quality control on reporting, and checking that technical reports are both produced correctly and readily understood.At Flexeserve, we are constantly pushing the boundaries by maintaining high quality standards across a diverse range of products and services that are unrivalled within our industry.
