Sales Manager - U.S. And Canada
CurrentAs Sales Manager for the U.S. and Canada at Flexeserve Inc., I’m responsible for driving business development across all non-retail foodservice sectors, including c-stores, QSRs, express grab-and-go, colleges, stadiums, workplaces and many more. My responsibilities include:• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, independent rep partners, distributors and authorized dealers• Supporting our culinary team in delivering equipment demonstrations and brand presentations, showcasing Flexeserve’s unique technology and expertise• Sharing product knowledge and helping solve our customers’ foodservice pain points• Developing and implementing strategic sales forecasts and budgets to achieve company objectives, profitability and revenue targets• Identifying customer opportunities to increase business revenue, profit margin and market share• Evaluating performance and providing feedback to rep, distributor and dealer partners• Conducting regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and needs, while coordinating with technical and product support teams to resolve any issues promptly• Representing Flexeserve at industry trade shows, conferences, meetings and events• Collaborating with Flexeserve’s Account Management, Marketing and Product Development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
