Manage program development activities, coordinates programs and WAC policies across regional boundaries to ensure statewide consistency, trains new staff and is an active member of TIB’s Management Team. Recommends, implements, and monitors policies and processes leading to successful performance management programs, including developing program goals, objectives and measuring program results. Leads business improvement and program development projects, and ensures compliance with procurement, contracting, internal controls, directives, and other business requirements. Directs operational functions, including internal and external communications, and outreach strategies. Provides support to all activities of the Executive Director and has delegated authority to perform such duties when the Executive Director is unavailable.

Implemented geometric policies, standards, and procedures that were compliant with federal and state laws and federal guidance. Provided technical support to customers who apply and interpret WSDOT design standards.Represented the HQ Design Office in quality teams, focus groups, committees, and task forces.Reviewed and commented on draft policies at the federal level, such as AASHTO publications.
