Quality Assurance work consisted of closing out projects by testing A/V equipment in accordance with the intended design specifications. Work involved connecting equipment on customer's network, modifying control system or GUI code as needed for functionality, setting DSP/audio system levels, in-field engineering of system design and training customer on use of system. Programming assignments included corporate and educational environment jobs. Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, QSC, ClearOne, Cisco was the primary equipment I programmed for. I assisted with the install of and programming for multiple instances of Crestron Fusion for both corporate and educational environments.

Designed corporate and educational audio video systems based on customer needs for functionality. I worked closely with the customer and account executive to determine equipment needs of the space and to provide and turn key solution to present for bid. The bid process included scope of work and bid proposal containing equipment and labor breakouts. I worked closely with the customer's IT personnel to assist with networking needs of audio/visual equipment.

I am a Crestron programmer, Tandberg administrator, design and implement conference room equipment, work with Cisco networking devices, VOIP Call Manager, and Aruba wireless devices.

Sole provider of IT support for company. Managed Windows, Novel and OS2 server platforms. Maintained uniform desktop environment. Assisted in assesment and decisions to purchase of hardware and software for the company.
