Responsible for 3 divisions and corporate-wide strategic initiatives simultaneously. $250 MM in sales plus one start-up. Managing 25 people plus 6 external Marketing firms.Signature- Responsible for creation and launch of new men’s and women’s apparel, footwear and accessories sub-brand focused on younger customers with full P&L responsibility. Multi-channel with focus on Ecommerce. Led 14 internal employees and 6 external firms (Creative, Advertising, PR, E-commerce Design, Product Design, Social Media, and Market Research). Direct interaction with Chairman and Board.Home- Responsible for leading design, development and merchandising of $175MM Home Textiles, Furniture and Accessories business into E-commerce, Catalog and Retail channels.Kids- Responsible for leading design, development and merchandising of $75MM Kids division of Apparel, Footwear and Outerwear into E-commerce, Catalog and Retail channels.Multi-Channel Merchandising Strategic Initiative- Responsible for company-wide initiative to drive increased sales across the three channels of Catalog, E-commerce and Retail by creating a new merchandising strategy, process and organization.
