TNM (The New Millennium) coaching exists to support global organisations in their growth and transformation. Our work is grounded in OD theory and leadership development. My role has been to design, develop and deliver leadership and coaching training internationally. I've been lucky enough to:+ run weekend seminars introducing coaching as a core skill for country level managers+ coach executive level leadership through a complex merger and a team expansion of 100%+ design a new program aimed at meeting the newly emerging millennial leadership market'Digital Chieftain' - focusing on the engagement of the millennial generation through a cutting edge leadership development program has been a real pleasure to be part of. We've engaged a whole new team of coaches in the customer-led design strategy and have created something truly new and engaging with content spread across multiple forms of engagement.It's an honour and and privilege to be coaching impactful and high-level managers, senior executives and other leaders, helping them to develop and maximise their emotional intelligence and executive presence.

As an associate I've taken part in designing, developing and delivering a wide variety of workshops. I've also been instrumental in the development of a new branch of business Work Well Being PLAY which has been offering wellbeing services on-demand. We're witnessing wellbeing and mental health becoming the priority they deserve to be. Not only are happy employees, well, happier, they're also more productive, better at solving problems, more engaged and more motivated. Most enjoyable for me at WWB is the delivery of my signature 'Building a Culture of Resilience' change programme. I recently delivered this two part series to a large public sector company in the UK and we've seen great results from their continual engagement in the content.I deliver a variety of workshops and training through Work Well Being based in and around London. Workshop offerings include; how to destress while at work, goal setting that won't stress you out, how to manage your inbox (the most popular), how to build exceptional internal communication amongst other topics.

Inside Wholegrain we live and work in experimental ways. Since starting in 2019 we've used adult development theory, systems change, and leadership coaching to enable higher levels of innovation and problem solving.We have two industry leading internal innovation projects; Website Carbon and Granola. Part of my work has been to create the necessary conditions for continual innovation to occur and for due attention to be given to these products. The team understand that 'doing the inner work' is just as important as the outer work and so we've run internal change programmes based on adult development theory that have been game-changers in how the team relate to each other and work together.We've seen an increase in profits by 300% in the year I started, a drastic reduction in attrition, an improvement all round in engagement scores, and a restructuring of the team with two new roles being allocated to emerging leaders.Being an agile organisation we've implemented new ways of working horizontally that have include; new decision making processes, emergent 1-1 leadership coaching, and the facilitation of new kinds of feedback processes.

Upcycle was born out of a love for UK festival and event culture combined with a feeling of disgust at the damage it was having on our environment. I created Upcycle as a powerful, efficient and radical consultancy and behaviour change project that has seen success in various manifestations in its six years of work.Our primacy service is environmental and leadership centred consultancy and the provision of a team of volunteers specialising in behaviour change to small to medium (300 - 15000) sized UK festivals.Now in it's 5th year Upcycle has developed into an impactful and dynamic leadership focused service. Our greatest success was the facilitation of meetings at a challenging event called Building Man in March 2012.Our volunteers are highly skilled and devoted to their work and our impact is massive. We pride ourselves on our selection of cutting edge events to work with and the provision of a talented and well-prepared team.

Brake the Cycle is an adventure and empowerment experience. I coached the team leaders before, during and after two 1000+ mile cycle rides across the UK with a focus on personal transformation, group dynamics, team work and leadership in extreme conditions.I delivered Yoga classes whilst on tour and incorporated time spent in meditation, or working on team dynamics so that the tour participants were constantly challenged, encouraged to reflect and allowed space and opportunity to grow and develop.Currently I continue to be in contact with the two creators of this project and I work in a consultancy role ensuring a consistent leadership culture is created and delivered and that the possible expansion over the coming months and years will be cohesive and integrated into the current culture of the project.

During my three years as a classroom teacher the results in my department (RE) increased from 76% A*-C grade at GCSE to 89% A*-C grade at GCSE.My Teach First training gave me a sound introduction to core leadership skills through an intensive and experiential based learning program. I received powerful mentoring and coaching throughout my training which included Transactional Analysis, personal and team performance management and effective leadership mindset.I was awarded Form Tutor prize in my second year due to exceptional team management skills, implementation and sharing across departments of successful behaviour change strategies and cross-department collaboration.The school had no veggie patch so I sourced £15,000 of government funding and employed a part-time gardener who worked with the students to transform a patch of wasteland into a thriving outdoor garden and vegetable patch and educational facility.It was a totally inspirational time and I'm grateful to all my students for teaching me all that they did.
