I help teams work more effectively. To achieve this I use a variety of approaches including coaching, consulting, training and facilitating.One approach I love is helping to create deliberately developmental cultures. This a culture that supports the growth and development of its members. For innovation and change to take place people require a good balance of stretch and challenge alongside support and safety. I believe work should be nourishing, meaningful and satisfying. And yet we live at a time when disruption is the norm and many industries are rapidly. Teams are struggling with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.We do our best work; whether that's managing, innovating, leading or designing, when we are part of a appropriately designed system that meets our needs and stretches us.+++I'm curious to know if there are other culture orientated coaches working in a similar way. My sense is that more and more organisations will put attention on building good culture in the coming months and years.Here's some of what I'm currently focusing on:- Working at the meeting point of adult development theory, systems change and leadership coaching I engage the whole team in innovative behaviour change practices creating a culture of growth and wellbeing.- Helping teams innovate and bring new products to market and new ways of working to the forefront of organisational life. - Using principles of complexity and systemic awareness I guide the team through innovative processes to encourage honest communication, increase in profitability and higher levels of engagement.- Supporting emergent leadership and horizontal organisational structures; implementing new decision making processes, 1-1 leadership coaching and facilitation of new kinds of group processes.

I coached the team leaders before, during and after two 1000+ mile cycle rides across the UK with a focus on personal transformation, group dynamics, team work and leadership in extreme conditions.I delivered Yoga classes whilst on tour and incorporated time spent in meditation, or working on team dynamics so that the tour participants were constantly challenged, encouraged to reflect and allowed space and opportunity to grow and develop.Currently I continue to be in contact with the two creators of this project and I work in a consultancy role ensuring a consistent leadership culture is created and delivered and that the possible expansion over the coming months and years will be cohesive and integrated into the current culture of the project.

I received powerful mentoring and coaching throughout my training which included Transactional Analysis, personal and team performance management and effective leadership mindset.I was awarded Form Tutor prize in my second year due to exceptional team management skills, implementation and sharing across departments of successful behaviour change strategies and cross-department collaboration.The school had no veggie patch so I sourced £15,000 of government funding and employed a part-time gardener who worked with the students to transform a patch of wasteland into a thriving outdoor garden and vegetable patch and educational facility.It was a totally inspirational time and I'm grateful to all my students for teaching me all that they did.
