- Designing and producing all public-facing digital/print materials for the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) at Lehigh University.- Collaborating within a multifunctional team to design and develop university branded CMS websites tailored for key stakeholders within and outside the university.- Creating original graphics and assets including mainstage theatre production posters, postcards, e-newsletters, & social media.- Mentoring intern designers to produce professional marketing materials.

Led the selling effort to obtain the goal dollar amount per day; finished 1st in district (out of 8 stores) & 3rd in region in 2014 for percent change in sales (out of 100 stores), up 4% vs last year. Trained, coached and supported sales associates to provide excellent customer service experience and uphold brand standards. Collaborated with other managers to run an operationally controlled store. Served as the primary communicator for Spanish-speaking customers. Facilitated customer transactions with efficiency, courtesy, and timely manner.

Designed print and digital assets such as logos, posters, brochures, and mobile games for clients within the university.Between September and November 2014 developed www.GameLocker150.com to commemorate the 150th edition of the Lehigh - Lafayette football rivalry. Collaborating with three other designers and six computer scientists we developed the game concepts, designed original graphics, tested for user experience and marketed the game to both universities and respective alumni groups.

Illustrated fifteen full-color images and designed the cover for the children’s book titled “Inspector Spencer’s Adventures at the Circus.”
