• Design and implement marketing strategies, art and online experiences for all major church events, annual stage shows, annual conferences, weekly services, old and new products, mailings, and communication for construction of capital campaigns.• Responsible to coordinate with other production departments to incorporate marketing plans.• Supervise creative design, production, implementation of marketing plans for print and online.• Manage a team of in-house art design, web and interactive staff and interns, outside designers, and volunteers.
