Submittals – Preparing and submitting to engineer or general contractor for review and approval, receiving incoming reviewed submittals, return to vendors and authorizing release of equipment for delivery as required by the specifications manual per project.Bid Documents – Preparing bid documents including but not limited to: Bid Forms, Form 96, Form 96A, Financial Statement, ordering Bid Bonds as required by the specifications manual.Operation and Maintenance Manuals – Requesting operation and maintenance data from vendors, compiling the operation and maintenance manual for submission for review and approval as required by the specifications manual per project.CAD Design – Preparing the ductwork layout/fabrication drawings as required by the specifications manual per project.

CAD Design - Utility Construction sets; including Cover Sheets, utility layout sheets and detail sheets and exhibits for permits meetings and Preliminary Engineering Reports. Experienced in producing construction document sets.Construction Administration - Working with construction inspector(s), tracking daily and/or weekly paperwork from the inspector(s); including but not limited to daily reports, weekly reports, weekly quantities and customer complaints; checking the monthly pay application quantities and discussing any issues with the lead Engineer on the project. Developed spreadsheets to track construction quantities.Land Acquisition - Helping by preparing, mailing and tracking explanation/offer letters and easements (signed and unsigned), preparing signed easements for the County Recorder's Office.
