• Schedule coverage/coordinate people necessary to produce high quality work in a timely manner.• Provide functional management and administrative support for Field Support staff, including staffing, performance management, and training and employee development.• Develop, update & implement operational & installation procedures with regard to site coverage.• Support staff coverage of document handling center on customer's premises.• Serve as liaison between customer and Injazat - Management Services.• Prepare reports on Field Support staff assignment including: length of time at assignment, location, covered FTE, training activity, etc.• Participate in general procedure and policy planning to develop, update and implement operational and installation procedures with regard to staff coverage.• Work with Operations Managers and Integrated Account Managers on an ongoing, pro-active basis to formulate solutions to various Injazat site problems.• Prepare, provide and convey diversified information, of a technical nature through departmental procedures and directives.• Make recommendations on hiring, termination and/or salary administration of individual employees.• Encourage good staff morale and motivation for Field Support staff.• Develop performance standards and counsels Field Support staff on performance and teamwork.• Responsible for disciplinary action/termination of Field Support staff.• Assist in implementation of new Injazat customers involving installation of new equipment and establishing procedures with customers.
