As a Senior Web Strategist at Healthways, Inc., I directed the web development and maintenance functions to enhance customer engagement by managing backlog grooming, developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and setting user experience principles. I acted as a subject matter expert in the areas of content strategy architecture, digital asset management, content management systems (CMS), and digital metrics based on industry best practices. I developed and maintained a digital content strategy to increase and monitor organization’s online presence, relevance, and member engagement in support of the corporate marketing plan. I applied research-based principles to drive the design of products that fully support end-user needs while achieving the business vision.
