Informed's medical reference titles are considered the industry standard for first responders and RN's. Titles include Nursing Essentials, one of the top selling reference apps for registered nurses; Critical Care ACLS Guide, the top selling reference guide for critical care nurses and the highly regarded EMS ALS guide. Over a million copies of Informed field guides and apps have been sold globally. The company was acquired by Ascend Learning, a world-leading education technology company serving healthcare and other high growth industries, in February 2012. Ascend was attracted to Informed because of the strong brand and the mobile platform Informed had developed.

George Lithograph was one of the top technical documentation printers servicing Silicon Valley in the 90's. Chris developed the Cisco Systems account from a cold call in 1990 to $50 million in annual revenue by 2000. Along the way, Chris and 3 others purchased George Litho and invested heavily in technology, enabling George Litho to scale from a $20 million printer in 1990 to over $75 million in revenue in 2000. Chris led all aspects of business development with Cisco throughout his tenure. In late 1998 Kohlberg Partners purchased George Lithograph to establish the western hub for Printing Arts America. The Cisco account was a primary factor in Kohlberg Partners decision to acquire George Lithograph.
