Current• Employee Management - Manage sixty plus field officers - Interview and hire new employees - Train and expand employee knowledge base - Ensure quality of the product service is of the highest standard- Lead officers by example, positively influencing those officers and ensuring they have the support needed to have a meaningful career• Sales and Marketing - Prospect new clientele and coverage markets- Call on potential clients to develop a needs based profile by using a team approach with our client services division and field operatives- Engage in face-to-face marketing and presentation of product services- Present strategy based solutions based on statistical data, perceived and actual needs of the customer- Close the sale and provide continued customer product service through informational and contractual exchange with the client and account services• Account Management- Ensure quality of product services through product management- Promote and maintain open and positive lines of communication - Face-to-face interaction with client teams monthly or as needed- Troubleshoot client issues and concerns - Develop new strategies to ensure changing client needs are met through existing product services- Present solutions to extend and maximize services to client within projected budget• Growth and Expansion- In 2012, I lead the expansion of services to the South Florida Security Market.
