I recently joined the team as an Estimator at C & M precision tech. I get the opportunity to collaborate with an amazingly talented team on a daily basis to manufacture products for the aerospace, defense and medical fields. My current task is working with a highly innovative software called Paperless Parts to create competitive and consistent quotes in a timely manner. I've always taken great pride in the quality and efficiency of the products I've been a part of. I help transform machine shops increasing productivity, quality and capabilities. I've helped to create procedures, drove efficiency, improved workflow, and accuracy. In late 2019 I lead the implementation of ERP System(Jobboss2) (E2). I've empowered the teams with Lean techniques, advanced programming skills, and have empowered other with the right manufacturing tools to be successful.
