I enjoy seeing people reach their goals in their career and in their personal lives through coaching. Seeing an employee grow in their role and become successful in their careers is the most fulfilling thing to me. It gives me great pleasure and fulfillment to see a team come together to meet our goals. There is nothing better than knowing you made a difference in someone's life.
