I have spend the last six years in a high pace, high stress restaurant environment. I started out as an entry level position and worked my way up into management with in the first year. Some daily tasks of responsibility are handing of all customer complaints, praise and drive of crew, all crew problems (personal, between crew members, and general life.), achieving cost control measures, handing and counting of cash, scheduling for 15-20 people on a weekly basis, setting up crew positions on stations, raise and review process for the crew, and outside vendor contact. Some other interests I have are automotive work. I have an extensive knowledge of automotive wiring and mechanics. I'm very technical type of worker and look for the most efficient way to complete tasks. Family, friends, pets, and the out doors are my other passions in life.
