Senior Solutions Engineer
Current• Act as a subject matter expert in partnership with the sales team for pre and post sales discovery calls to qualify leads and demonstrate HeartFlow SaaS technology, processes, API, and options for complex multi-stakeholder projects• Lead security conversations and complete security assessments required for moving projects through client governance required prior to sensitive data transfer to storage on AWS cloud resources • Build POCs, respond to RFIs, RFPs, and client technical issues across multiple concurrent projects• Collaboration with the sales team to demonstrate HeartFlow use, technical process, and architecture while highlighting the value and simplicity of the SaaS from a client perspective for technical, medical, and business audiences• Creation of both customer facing and internal process documentation• Integration of the HeartFlow analysis into existing clinical workflow and business processes including automated delivery of the completed analysis • Provide a conduit between clients and internal HeartFlow development, prioritizing customer feature requests and updates in accordance with the SDLC
