Identified critical integration problems and drove corrective actions by reaching across the organization to generate multi-disciplined solutions with engine and platform teams • Developed and maintained an internal change control process (Cal Responsibility Map/Common Cal), to facilitate best common practices and aid technical coordination between multiple calibration teams spanning multiple programs across North America and Australia• Root caused a complex assembly plant issue related to controller signal integration at Arlington Assembly. Led coordination of a plant process change involving calibration, algo, controller teams and plant management to contain the defect and provide corrective action for regular production• Train and mentor new college graduates and TRACK rotational employees for our group
