As an intern, I worked with customer-employee interactions and strove to remove inefficiencies by implementing ZenDesk. I developed Help Center Websites, email interactions, and improved existing processes with the help of my supervisor. I created over 200 articles for the Help Center website and coded for the design and layout of the website. Additionally, I created Standard Work for the Customer Care division to follow and use for training purposes.
