• Oversaw & managed multiple dedicated terminals in California, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Clients included Amalgamated Sugar, ADM Sweetners, Johnson Controls, HON Office.
• In total, responsible for 100+ drivers, 2 Assistant Terminal Managers, 6 Transportation Supervisors, 4 Terminal Assistants, and one shop based in Cedartown, GA with 1 Service Manager and 3 mechanics.
• Expanded the JCI Florence, SC dedicated fleet from 18 drivers in October 2012 to 38 drivers in May 2013 to accommodate increase in customer business.
• Successfully oversaw and managed the start-up of dedicated fleet operations for LKQ in York, PA, Medline Industries in Atlanta, GA, and Rehrig Pacific in Los Angeles, CA.
