As the Sr. Manager of Creative Services I am responsible for masterminding all of the activities of our of Photo, Video & Design teams. Working closely alongside stakeholders and marketing team members to turn their vision in to reality. I lead a talented team of creatives who craft captivating photos, videos, and designs that tell our brand's stories and achieve our marketing goals alongside our powerhouse team. We move fast here at Lippert so I am always working to creatively shift our processes, build efficiencies and succeeding in getting the most juice from the squeeze. Constant availability, an open-door policy, and building a rapport amongst my team and stakeholders are all a large focus of mine. I believe that an available leader who listens, supports and challenges his team, can only lead to success.

Leader and motivator of a super creative and high-output design team consisting of multiple designers across a breadth of RV, marine, and automotive brands. We're building a world-class marketing department and the design team is one of the key supports. I believe that inspiring confidence and trust will empower each designer on my team to be independent, thoughtful and put their best foot forward as we create top-end marketing support. I work to aid and foster a more creative and productive environment for the design team as we meet the needs of various Lippert brands, large-scale projects, and ongoing responsibilities. I lead many design-related tasks, manage expectations and delegate responsibilities to the best fit designer for each project. Constant availability, an open-door policy, and building a rapport amongst my team and stakeholders are a large focus of mine. One of my main challenges is monitoring the graphic integrity of various brands and execute the development, design, and production of deliverables including packaging, print collateral, and presentations within stringent brand guidelines. Lippert's culture coupled with the world-class marketing team we have built makes my day-to-day filled with exciting opportunities and I can truly say that in the past 5+ years, I have never been bored.

After graduating with my BFA in New Media, I joined the marketing team at Lippert Components in 2016 as a Graphic Designer. I enjoy being a member of such a solid team of creative individuals and to be part of LCI’s established and growing brand. I enjoy all aspects of the design process from conceptual ideas to final completion. I strive to develop a solid rapport with my team members and co-workers which I believe is a huge asset in the creative process. We work together with various company divisions and industry partners such as the aftermarket sales team and warehouse distributors to provide the proper collateral which allows us to present, supply and sell our vast brand of products. Each day at LCI feels new and fresh and I can truly say that I love my job.
