Current- Lead SME for Technical Analytics retainers and supports additional client retainers (e.g., Analytics, SEO, Paid Media).
- Conducts discovery and strategy meetings with client stakeholders to gather data and tracking requirements.
- Develops measurement strategy and builds tracking in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Creates clear, thorough technical requirements for client website development teams to implement on their website.
- Supports improvement of Analytics and Paid Media implementation processes with ongoing research and documentation.
- Develops Quality Assurance plans for testing analytics implementations, cross-training resources on Quality Assurance process. Routinely performs Quality Assurance for projects and ad-hoc tasks within Technical.
