Responsible for management of day to day sales and service operations. Personally responsible for the training and coaching of new hires and existing employees. Sales and Service manager is responsible for overseeing the technical support/computer sales portion of the business, and I served as the lead technician responsible for the majority of computer repairs both in store and in home for customers. This consisted of building new PC's, fixing existing PC's, and deploying and repairing networks and peripherals for customers.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of all school related technical issues. This includes network deployment and maintenance, hardware and software troubleshooting and repair, projectors, VOIP setups. Responsible for disassembly and repair of Chromebooks which were supplied to students.

Served as the main in house technician for multiple large scale and small scale companies in the Murrieta/Temecula/San Diego areas. I was responsible for server administration, as well as software and hardware deployment. I was also responsible for deployment and upkeep of mobile iPad software environments, as well as POS systems and programming. Responsible for building and managing networks for the small and large scale companies we worked with.
