Created KPI viz in Power BI and Snowflake showing Fraser Group brands stock, orders and sales within time periods, enabling current and prior year sales analysis.Created python algorithm for use by commercial managers to carry out sales analysis across various variables in the business.Utilized python and regular expressions to analyse differences across systems and webs platforms, for rectification by web teams.Overhauled sales product sizes by developing an input template of our brands and sizes using data entry process built in python and excel sheets. Using sales data, I helped in the production of a set of size grids used purchasing. Using python, I monitored and improved the performance of these grids.Created a python script that looks at groups of similar products across brands to identify if a specific colourway is not selling. To present findings to stakeholders, a Dash interactive dashboard was created allowing the user to select a curve by some attributes and displays the new sales period compared to the live sales period used in our systems.
