I practice management-side labor and employment law at a national employment law firm's New Jersey office. My practice involves both employment and discrimination advice and counseling, as well as all aspects of traditional labor law, from union representation issues to collective bargaining and labor arbitrations. The scope of my advice and counseling practice is nationwide. I'm admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut federal courts, and so can cover the entire Tri-State region from the NJ base. I'm also admitted in Maryland and the District of Columbia and litigate in those jurisdictions as well.

This firm, which merged with Fisher & Phillips LLP in July 2005, was thought by many to be the premier labor and employment boutique in New Jersey. For the last 12 years of its existence, I served as its Managing Partner.
