- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, upgrades and modifications of voice and data RF equipment and software applications, relating to Ericsson, Alcatel, Huawei, Nokia Siemens, Harris, Ceragon, Optima, Eltek and Argus.- Produce technical documents, outlining processes and procedures for Network builds and upgrades and release documents to relevant project members and field support.- Execute work orders to complete construction activity without deviation or deficiency to meet project objectives.- Provide technical support via remote login and help with configurations and software upgrades/downgrades. - Experience with tower erections, including plumb and tension, microwave alignment, installation of antennas and RAN equipment, responsible for final inspection and deficiency resolutions.- Install SM & MM fiber connectors, LDF connectors and LMR connectors at heights. - Work safely at heights according to federal safety regulations without incident or injury.
