IT and Technology were fields that I have always grown up with. Having a father who had followed a similar path, I had found at a young age that this had embedded a subconscious mentality and piqued an early interest in the concepts and systems in IT. It was not until I had begun my career that I began to find a role that allowed me to excel with logical thinking while satisfying my own interests. Within a short amount of time, I had found that my interests and knowledge were valued by others, allowing me to quickly move to my current role as Product Support Engineer. This has allowed me to further pursue my goals and develop the skills to reach them.As a customer facing role, this current position has allowed me to test both my communication skills with clients and my ability to collaborate with other internal departments. In doing so, not only have I challenged my ability to understand complex solutions, but also my ability to communicate this with clients. Since this industry and community has given so much to me, I aim to provide my knowledge, skills, and insights wherever needed.
