I helped manage ADMA's FDA and cGMP-compliant document control system, which provides confidential documentation for ADMA’s high-tech research and production facilities at their Boca Raton campus. I used my expertise with SharePoint, MasterControl and SoftExpert to meet internal customer requests for physical documentation and to route digital documents to their intended recipients. My team also managed ADMA’s on-site document vault and its extensive off-site long-term storage. In addition to these regular duties, I assisted in the development of ADMA’s document control system to meet the company's growing and changing needs as it launched two new drugs for immunocompromised patients. I was also one of the lead team trainers for new hires and assisted in the process of reorganizing ADMA’s training system to be more efficient and informative.

I was a teaching assistant at Florida Atlantic University in both the Philosophy and Linguistics departments. As a a Philosophy TA, I was responsible for teaching classes of 15-30 students one to three times a week, developing lesson plans, and grading essays and test papers in a timely fashion. When I transitioned to the same role in the Linguistics department, I helped manage 80-100 students' coursework in online classes.
