Successfactors Cloud Based Talent Management Suite - Administrator
Current- Chief administrator for SuccessFactors instance with up to 27,000 users.- Implemented Compensation module and guided numerous annual pay cycles, resulting in global efficiencies for HR and managers.- Worked with advertising vendor to create an internal brand for the talent management system. - Implemented Employee Profile module, and developed animated rollout messages to increase employee and management adoption of the module.- Partnered with IT to establish single sign-on for system users.- Implemented Succession module with several layers of custom permissions to protect visibility of employee information. Partnered with professional services consultant and HR team to develop a custom MS Access database to support extended reporting for Succession, plus reporting on employee adoption of objectives, development goals, and employee profiles. - Managed user training, deployment plans, and messaging for process rollouts. Conducted live and distance training for human resources, managers, and employees around the world.- Partnered with IT team to develop a daily feed of HR data from SAP to the SuccessFactors instance.- Implemented Role-Based Permissions with numerous custom roles and groups to automate permissions based on employee SAP values. - Provided user support for globally distributed, time-critical processes including multiple performance review and compensation cycles. - Developed and managed numerous regular system checks and reports. Developed and shared custom Ad Hoc reports for HR leadership.- Implemented user interface upgrades. Developed and tested Succession upgrade.- Organized a Houston area SuccessFactors user group which allowed users from various companies to share best practices.- Attended the last four SuccessConnect conferences to study best practices, upgrades, and enhancements. User and contributor to the SuccessFactors Community and SuccessFactors Knowledge Base.
