I serve as the supervising lead over budget and operations for the City's Office of Sustainability and the Environment, responsible for overseeing financial management, organizational development and process improvement. I also am a founding member of the City's Innovations Team, a city-wide effort to enhance opportunities for innovation to improve service, realize savings, and make people's jobs more satisfying.

As lead staff to the California Judicial Council’s Court Technology Advisory Committee, I have cultivated professional communication and project governance skills working with justices and judges; executive, business, and technical management; and court and technical staff. These skills and relationships have lead to my position as the organization’s e-business expert and my participation in extensive statewide strategic planning efforts and technology initiatives as well as numerous local court e-business deployments.
