• Setup, use and demonstration of equipment in meeting rooms including but not exclusive to; data/LCD projection, sound systems, integrated control systems, VC dial ups, notebook pc/MS Powerpoint (including adding.
• Running of live seminars and events in the auditorium which holds 150 people. This involved setting up and demonstrating multiple systems often at the same time. These were 2 x PCs and 2 x laptops, Videoconferencing.
• Equipment support and preventative maintenance of equipment and reporting of failed equipment
