Previously the firm was using Blackberrys and the BES.• Configure and support iPad's and iPhones • Supporting customers working remotely using Citrix, and VPN• Support Ricoh MFD's and MPC5000 scanning devices• Provide off-site support where necessary, particularly for large scale events such as our annual Partner's conference• Utilising Active Directory to: delete items, adding users to groups, unlocking accounts, changing passwords, moving users and items to different containers• Using the Microsoft Exchange Management Console to move accounts to different containers and change settings• Server patching

Audio Visual Services Technician
