I design and build data science solutions to detect malfunction and underperformance in grid-scale battery systems (BESS). My works includes automating detection of common battery issues (e.g., cell imbalance), ML-driven predictive failure alerts, and an anomaly detection algorithm based on statistical model of expected BESS behavior.

Build re-usable models/logic that are leveraged by over 30 internal teams to remove abusive content on Google products (e.g., phishing attacks, profanity, etc.). Work with a wide array of stakeholders to build, refine, and maintain the quality of machine learning and non-ML based logic. Use a wide range of tools on a daily basis, including general purpose programming languages (python, c++, golang), A/B performance testing, precision/recall tradeoff analysis, etc. and best practice software development workflows using version control and code reviews.
