I began with James River's Accounts Receivable team as a daily operations, individual contributor. A few months into my new role, I moved over to begin managing our 3rd party collections operations. I am tasked with rebuilding, from the ground up, the entirety of our processes, workflows, reconciliations and relationship management while still maintaining.
