Responsible for the design, configuration, protection, implementation, integration, administration and ongoing operational management of databases and supporting server environments. This is done under the framework of a Quality Management System that is compliant to national and international medical device regulations and standards. We explore the current technical stack to best find solutions as and when needed. Our current stack includes: Node.js, Python, React and C#, with PostgreSQL and SQL Server as database backends, all using a cloud-based deployment environment on Azure DevOps. Also providing team leadership to the small software team based in Fremantle. This role requires multiple time zone interaction with other offices across the globe, including Stockholm, India, San Francisco and Austin, Texas. More recently adopted a SCRUM Master role for the software development team, all working remotely in a number of worldwide locations, with varying timezones.
