Hired to build the Energy Efficiency Consulting and Performance Contracting Department for Standard Renewable Energy / Gridpoint. - Interfaced with utilities throughout Texas in participation with energy efficiency and other rebate programs. - Helped to secure RFP contracts within multiple cities and handled program implementation and operations management. - Provided detailed analysis of energy consumption and made recommendations for performance improvements.

- Worked closely with utility companies and consulting firms to implement market transformation programs including the EPA's Energy Star homes program.- Helped develop a new process of detailed air sealing the buildings envelope with a thermal integrity package which helped our customers construct more efficient buildings.
