As the CEO of Impact Society since 2020, I bring a wealth of experience and a multifaceted perspective to the field of youth resilience and social-emotional learning (SEL). My career, spanning various leadership roles in organizational development, education, and community engagement, has been a journey toward empowering youth with the tools for long-term mental well-being and resilience.At Impact Society, my focus is on amplifying the reach and efficacy of our signature HEROES® program, a cornerstone in SEL that has significantly improved the lives of over 250,000 youth in Canada and around the world. This role is the culmination of a career dedicated to the development and empowerment of individuals and communities. From my tenure at Ambrose University, where I led the advancement team, to my pivotal role in organizational development and fundraising at the Calgary Dream Centre, each position has honed my skills in leadership, strategic development, and stakeholder engagement.My experience is further enriched by international perspectives gained from roles such as the Organizational Development Team Lead in Egypt and the ESL Camp Director in China.
